Grab a handkerchief, glass of milk, a frozen avocado pit and a two ouncer of sour cream, the extra firm 14% restaurant kind. Kidding, just grab a taco that’s all you’ll need. Get past the heat and you will find that it has a depth of flavour that will make your brain expand, like when you’re on psychedelics and someone is like “yo, does anyone else think we should call 911?” It has an after burn that will transport you to the back seat of a Tsuru on a mission to the playa, where they serve oysters by the dozen, bag o’ hot sauce on the side - just bite the end and squeeze some lime...oh ya and tally your beer caps at the end of the day. Our house-made hot sauce has a deep heat and slight acidity balanced with sweet, sweet Zanahoria (carrot).
